MLC Recertification
Required every three years.
To keep certification active, MLCs must apply for recertification every three years by submitting proof of required Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) and a payment of $75.
CERP REQUIREMENTS:
A total of 18 L-CERPs are required for recertification. At least five of these must be focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) or care for sensitive populations.

Please note that you will be invoiced for recertification after your application has been reviewed and your CERPs verified.
*If your name was not printed on any of your CERP certificates, please write it in. Any certificate received without a name will be considered invalid. It is your responsibility to prove you attended the training.
